Website setup

A few questions before I build your website

This takes about 10 minutes on your phone. If you don't know an answer, choose "Not sure" — that is a real answer and I can find most of it out myself.

Keep your accounts safe. Never type a password, a login code, a card number, or a copy of your ID into this form. I will never ask for those.
What I already found for you. Your contractor licences #132013 and #108486 are active with the state until 7 November 2026, your record is clean with zero complaints in 15 years, and there are 12 five-star reviews online from 2016 that mention you by name. Most of this is invisible to customers right now. That is what we are fixing.
Step 1

Your contact details

This is the number I found online. Change it if it is wrong.

Can that number receive text messages?
Which email do you actually check every day?

Two different versions of your email are listed online. They are two separate mailboxes.

Step 2

Your address on Google

This one matters more than it looks. Google decides which towns you show up in based on the address we register. Changing it later is difficult. Two different addresses are listed for you online — please pick the one where your work actually comes from.
Where do most of your customers actually live?
Step 3

What work do you want more of?

You told me you moved from kitchens to general handyman work. Tick everything you want more calls for — the website will push whatever you tick.

So the website does not send you $80 jobs if you don't want them.

Step 4

Your listing on Google

When someone searches your business name, a box can appear with your phone, hours and photos. That is your Google listing. It is free, and for a contractor it usually brings more calls than the website does.

I checked — a listing for you exists, but nobody has ever claimed it. It has one review and no photos. Claiming it is free and I will do it for you.
Have you ever logged in to it?
Do you have a Gmail account?

A Google listing has to sit under a Google account. If you don't have one, we make one together — it is free and takes 5 minutes.

Step 5

Website address, and anything you already pay for

A web address — like monsterhomeimprovement.com — is rented every year, about $15–20. It goes in your name, on your card, so the business owns it permanently. I will be added to manage it. I will walk you through it, it takes 5 minutes.

Your Facebook and Houzz pages advertise monster-homeimprovement.com — but that address was never registered. Anyone who has clicked it over the years got nothing.
Have you ever paid anyone to build you a website?
Do you see any small yearly or monthly charges on your card from a web company?

Names like GoDaddy, Wix, Squarespace, Network Solutions, Yelp, Angi. Even $15 or $20.

Step 6

Photos and reviews

Good news — you already have 37 photos on your Yelp page. I can use those. More and newer ones would help a lot.
Do you have photos of finished jobs on your phone?
Could you ask 3–5 past customers to leave a Google review?

This is the single fastest thing that gets you more calls. I will write the message for you to send.

Step 7

Licence, insurance and the business

I found licence #132013 (company) and #108486 (you), both active to 7 Nov 2026. Correct?

There is a large Persian community in Montgomery County. This can bring you work nobody else gets.

Step 8

Anything else

Whatever you write here, I will put on the front page in your words.

✓ Done. Tap inside the box, select all, copy, and text or email it to Kian.
